The Accessibility of Video Games

An American player bad blind complained to the United States against Sony, by requiring the video game publisher that makes its massively multiplayer games accessible to victims with disabilities. This is the message that appears to defend a complaint filed against Sony, Sony Computer Entertainment America and Sony Online Entertainment by Alexander Stern, someone who is blind American who criticizes the Japanese business not to make its games available players victims of a visual impairment. Filed in California, the complaint alleges that Sony violates a U.S. law on disability, which provides that “no individual shall be discriminated against on the basis of disability in the full and can equal enjoyment of goods, services, facilities, privileges, advantages or accommodations in a place of public accommodation by any person who owns, leases, or operates a place of public accommodation. ”
