Moving and litigation
Perhaps, but what is very rare that the move creates a dispute or unpleasant situations. Most of these cases are preventable or where they occur they are resolved amicably.
However, we, as informative as is the role of our blog to inform you of disputes that arise most often and give you practical advice to help you avoid or resolve them.
First, the dispute between mover and especially occurs when you’ve had a little mishap that caused the cancellation or postponement of the scheduled date for the move. In this case, you must tell your mover to see all a time convenient to both parties. Perhaps to find a date that suits you, you are forced to pay compensation or let your possessions in storage furniture for redelivery later which of course increases the cost of your move.
